BOOKINGS, RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

In order to confirm a booking, 50% of total daily amount is due for payment.

The rest of the daily rate is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Proof of payment to be transmitted by e-mail or fax - with customer / group name and the date of Safari as a reference.

​

Trophy fees for animals shot, daily excursions and personal expenses during the hunt/tour must be paid in cash in EURO or US currency on the last day of hunting/tour. There is no credit card facilities in the camp.

 

All wounded and not found animals are considered to be hunted and are therefore to be paid in full without dispute.

​

No discount for early departures or late arrivals.

​

When re-booking for next year, the new price list will apply.

 

TRAVEL ORIENTATION

​

It is the client’s obligation to make all travel arrangements to and from the country/territory where the hunting/tour will be organized.

​

Franklin Hunting Safaris takes no responsibility for any visums/permits required for the destination and/transit countries.

​

No cancellation insurance is included in our prices. We recommend that the necessary insurance are obtained prior to travelling.

 

INCLUDED IN DAILY RATES

​

• Accommodation at the camp, all meals and [non-alcoholic] beverages;

• The services of professional hunters;

• Transport in the field;

• Laundry in camp;

• Trophy preparation in the field.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATES

​

• Accommodation before and after the contracted Safari;

• Any International or domestic flights;

• The preparation, disinfection, packaging and shipping of trophies;

• Trophy Service (caping, boiling, bleaching, salting)

• Personal insurance and medical costs;

• Any tips for professional hunters

• Hunting license fee

• Alcoholic drinks; personal expenses

• Trophy medals of the Namibian Professional Hunters Association (NAPHA);

• Any weapons hired during the hunt

• Daily leisure trips

• Entrances to parks and other tourist attractions during travel

• Any meals not included
